Pickup / Location will be on the East side of San Antonio, Texas off of Gembler Road neighboring the Red Berry Estate. Approximately 4 minutes away from the AT&T center.

After placing your order you will be contacted the day before with a physical address.

I ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice for custom orders, however, If I have the availability to squeeze you in I will do so.

I am unable to hold your spot on the calendar until 50% of your grand total is received.

All cookies are heat-sealed, and will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. If you need them to stay fresh longer than this, you may freeze them for up to 3 months. NEVER refrigerate the cookies, and keep them out of direct sunlight/heat.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your order and date; the remaining 50% is due the day of your event. Your order is not confirmed until I have received your 50% non-refundable retainer.

Any orders placed with less than 7 days notice require payment in full at the time ordered and are non-refundable.

Delivery is currently not an option.

Shipping is currently unavailable due to Texas cottage food laws.

I definitely attempt to accommodate last minute requests if my schedule allows. However, I recommend booking your cookies as early as possible as dates fill up fast. If your date is booked and you still want cookies I may be able to fit you in a different week and you can freeze the cookies until your event. So please do not hesitate to inquire.

Refunds are not offered, if order is not picked up within 30 minutes of scheduled pick up time, unless you have made other arrangements with me in advance. No exceptions.
