POLICY

All custom orders require a non - refundable 50% retainer fee in order to reserve your spot on my calendar.
The remaining balance owed is due upon pickup.

Delivery and shipping is NOT currently an option at this time.
Pickup is located on the east side of San Antonio neighboring the Red Berry Estate just outside of downtown San Antonio.

After your items have left my possession I am no longer responsible for them.

Color matching: If you send me a color pallete I will do my best to get as close as possible, but please note the colors may not be exact.

Inspirational photos: If you send me pictures of cookies someone else has made I will take the elements you love and make something special just for you. I will NOT copy exact designs of someone else’s work. I start designing after your order has been placed and sometimes change my mind multiple times in the process. For this reason I don’t send any rough drafts/sketches.

Scheduled pickup times are required to be met accordingly to accommodate you and other customers appropriately, and to ensure the best customer service possible. Failure to meet scheduled pickup times accordingly without notice prior to arrival will automatically include a $30/hour late fee to your order. You will not receive your order until this late fee is payed. Failure to pay the late fee will result in you forfeiting your order.

Please make an effort to be on time for your pickup. I understand that traffic sometimes gets in the way etc, a text goes a long way ahead of time to let me know you’re running late.

No refunds will be granted for failure to pickup orders.

There are no refunds for cancellations no matter the circumstances, instead you may save your deposit for a future order.
